Sideqik’s influencer intelligence platform is used by the world’s top brands to build, manage, and measure their influencer marketing programs. Our software uses Natural Language Processing and Machine Learning to analyze billions of social posts to discover the right influencers, identify trends, and measure the impact on our customers’ brands. Our customers include Coca-Cola, Amazon, Universal Music, WarnerMedia, UnderArmour, Corsair, HyperX, and more.

 

We’re looking for a Director of Engineering to lead our engineering team and help us build innovative, user-focused software that solves complex problems in a fast-paced, agile and fun environment. We’re looking for someone with a technical software development background who is excited to balance working on building the product vision, coordinating with our business teams, executing engineering tasks, and mentoring and managing the engineering team.

What You'll Do

  • We are looking for a Director of Engineering who will:

    • oversee the architecture of the product and the new features we build
    • coach and manage the engineering team
    • be the first point of contact for engineering questions and deliverables to the company
    • work directly on challenging engineering projects
    • work with our executive team on product vision and execution
    • ultimately help us deliver the best product to market and grow the company

    Our engineers love to work with machine learning, big data, as well as data visualization, and compelling user interfaces. Some of the technologies we use now and are excited about are: 

    Scala/JVM, Ember.js, ES6, Ruby on Rails, OpenNLP, PostgreSQL, Mongo, and ElasticSearch. And we’re always looking to use the right tools for the job!
