Founded in 2012, Sideqik’s platform provides data analysis to help provide context to brand marketers around their market, competition, and consumers. Sideqik’s influencer marketing analytics empower brands to discover new influencers, manage the relationships with influencers they already have, and measure the results of carefully crafted campaigns. The platform works with brands in every step of social media engagement, starting with engaging with fans and ending with the measurement of sales and results. The company’s highly developed capabilities in artificial intelligence, natural language processing, and machine learning provide context and understanding to social media marketing, better enabling brands to do what they do best. Sideqik’s customers include Coca-Cola, Home Depot, Logitech, Procter & Gamble, TV Guide, and Universal Studios.

The Engineering department is a multi-disciplinary team that works cross functionally with multiple teams from product, to design, to customer success to deliver a quality product.  Manual QAs will assist the product and engineering teams in the development, testing, and launch of new products that align to Sideqik’s vision and strategy. We are looking for QAs that have core Software QA competencies, high attention to detail, and the ability to work in continuously integrated and continuously deployed environments.

What You'll Do

  • Build product test strategies, write and execute test plans, file bugs, and communicate with the team about issues, risk, and product quality
  • Work closely with product management, engineering and other functional teams to actively participate and provide inputs during the planning and decomposition process
  • Triage production issues and investigate to identify root causes in order to improve the overall product quality 
  • Help in further refining our test methodology and approach
  • Understand customer usage patterns in order to test with the correct data sets and usage patterns within the testing process
  • Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
  • Perform thorough functional testing for new features
  • Work independently and communicate with the various teams involved with release process

  • Based in Atlanta 
  • Must be a self-motivated, positive problem-solver
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines in a SCRUM / Agile environment 
  • Ability to efficiently multi-task, with proficient organizational and time management skills
  • At least 6 months of manual QA experience, preferably in web application software
