Customer Success Associate

We are looking for a customer success associate to join our customer success team, reporting to the Senior Customer Success Manager. In this role as a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers are supported and successful within our platform.

What You'll Do

  • Support customer engagement and communication initiatives (e.g. development of customer newsletter and product councils)

  • Ensure customer information is up to date in CS platforms (e.g. Salesforce, ChurnZero, Monday.com)

  • Assist with customer support and tickets in Zendesk / Intercom

  • Assist with the preparation of customer meetings

  • Participating in customer meetings

  • Support any customer / industry research needs

  • Assist with the development of customer collateral

  • Assist with Demo Prep and Customer Discovery process

Requirements

  • 1-2+ years engaging in relationships with customers and/or clients (e.g. customer success, account management, business development or another client-facing role)
  • Working knowledge of social media and/or influencer marketing
  • Interested in influencer marketing and/or active on social media
  • Experience in the consumer marketing industry is a plus
  • Ability to collaborate and manage deadlines across other teams
  • Experience in working with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Ability to project manage and ensure deadlines are met
  • Experience in excel, powerpoint, and google drive
  • SasS experience preferred but not mandatory
  • Bachelor’s Degree
