We are looking for a customer success associate to join our customer success team, reporting to the Senior Customer Success Manager. In this role as a Customer Success Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers are supported and successful within our platform.
Support customer engagement and communication initiatives (e.g. development of customer newsletter and product councils)
Ensure customer information is up to date in CS platforms (e.g. Salesforce, ChurnZero, Monday.com)
Assist with customer support and tickets in Zendesk / Intercom
Assist with the preparation of customer meetings
Participating in customer meetings
Support any customer / industry research needs
Assist with the development of customer collateral
Assist with Demo Prep and Customer Discovery process
