The Director of Content and Brand Marketing position, reporting to the CRO, is responsible for leading our marketing strategy and guiding the marketing efforts of the company. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, creative, organized and understands the ins and outs of marketing strategy, analysis and campaign execution.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee our current marketing strategy
  • Review and evaluate current marketing plan and develop and implement new plans
  • Build brand awareness within the social media community
  • Oversee social media strategy, content marketing and email marketing program
  • Create a comprehensive marketing plan and associated budget
  • Experience with marketing technology and software solutions, including marketing automation software
  • Liaison with the B2B / lead gen marketing lead and agency to support any sort of campaigns.
  • Overseeing vendor selection and contracts as needed


  • 7+ years of previous experience in the social or digital marketing field
  • Completed bachelor’s degree or higher level of education
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills
  • 2+ years team management experience
