Manager, Professional Services

We are looking for a manager to lead the professional services team, reporting to the VP of Customer Success. In this role as a Manager of Professional Services, you will be responsible for building out and managing the professional services division for our organization. 

Today some of the top consumer brands rely on the Sideqik platform to understand and improve influencer marketing efforts. The professional services team will support these efforts by providing our customers with strategy and consulting services. 

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and build out of the professional services products and services
  • Supports the Customer Success team in identifying opportunities to support customers 
  • Leads the development of strategy and influencer programming 
  • Collaborates with CSMs to manage influencer programs

Requirements 

  • 4-5 Years of Experience
  • Extensive experience in digital, social marketing, and influencer marketing is mandatory
  • MUST have the ability to lead the development of social and digital strategies 
  • Experience leading relationships with customers and comfortable leading meetings and worksessions with customers 
  • Experience in building out business plans for new service offerings, products, and/or teams
  • Consulting experience is ideal 
  • SaaS experience is preferred but not required 
  • Motivated, self-starter, ability to lead, and desire to learn
  • Experience in working with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers
  • Excellent writing, communication, and attention to detail 
  • Bachelor’s Degree
