Customer Success Manager

Today some of the top consumer brands rely on the Sideqik platform to understand and improve influencer marketing efforts. The customer success team is responsible for onboarding customers, maintaining customer relationships, growing our customer accounts and ensuring customer success.

We are looking for a customer success manager to join our customer success team, reporting to the Senior Customer Success Manager. In this role as a Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring our customers are supported and successful within our platform.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the day-to-day relationship with customers (SMB to mid-market customers; across several different industries)
  • Improve customer service results by evaluating and re-designing processes, establishing and communicating service metrics, and monitoring results
  • Responsible for customer’s success within platform driving adoption; leading to renewals, expansion and advocacy
  • Quarterbacking experiences by various cross-functional teams, on behalf of the customer
  • Understanding and communicating ROI for our customers

What You'll Bring

  • 3+ years managing relationships with customers and/or clients (e.g. customer success, account management, business development or another client-facing role)
  • 2+ years of experience in social media and/or influencer marketing preferred
  • Experience in the consumer marketing industry is a plus
  • Ability to collaborate and manage deadlines across other teams
  • Experience in working with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical customers
  • Impeccable attention to detail
  • Ability to project manage and ensure deadlines are met
  • SasS experience preferred but not mandatory – we also love client service experience or marketing
  • Bachelor’s Degree
